How allowances, billing, and scores work.
- Fresh checks
- Each new lookup that is not served from your personal cache uses one fresh check. Compare mode uses one fresh check per item (up to 10).
- Unused checks
- Unused fresh checks do not roll over to the next billing period. They reset when your monthly allowance renews.
- Personal cache
- Each completed check is stored in your personal cache for 14 days (same query, country, and language). Repeat lookups in that window do not use a fresh check. Force refresh starts a new check and uses one fresh check.
- Billing
- Plans are billed monthly via PayPal Subscriptions. Subscriptions renew until cancelled in PayPal.
- Refunds
- Refunds follow our Refund & Billing Policy and applicable law. See the policy page for details.
- Scores disclaimer
- Aggregate scores are computed from publicly available ratings and are not official brand ratings. Always verify critical decisions on the original sources.
