Disclaimer
Please read this Disclaimer carefully before using Scorefold. It explains important limitations on how to interpret our aggregate scores, summaries, snippets, and source links.
1. Not official ratings
Aggregate scores displayed on Scorefold are calculated by us from publicly available ratings across the web. They are not official ratings, certifications, endorsements, or quality guarantees from any brand, manufacturer, retailer, venue, or other entity. Do not present our scores as official or authoritative statements by those entities.
2. No affiliation
We may display brand names, product names, and place names for identification, and link to external pages. Unless we explicitly state otherwise, we are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any brand, business, or other party mentioned in search results or on our pages.
3. Linked sources
Source links point to pages we do not control. Their content, availability, terms, and accuracy are the responsibility of those sites. A source may change, remove, or restrict content after we reference it. We do not guarantee that linked pages remain accessible or unchanged.
4. Snippets vs. summaries
Snippets are brief excerpts from publicly available material, shown separately for reference. Summaries are our own overviews — they are not copies of source text and may omit, simplify, or misinterpret information. Always read the original source before relying on any excerpt or summary.
5. No professional advice
All information provided through the Service is for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, investment, medical, safety, or purchase advice. Consult qualified professionals and verify facts independently before making decisions.
6. Accuracy and completeness
We do not warrant that any score, snippet, summary, or source link is complete, current, or error-free. Third-party data may be outdated, biased, manipulated, or incorrect. Our aggregation methodology may not reflect how you would evaluate the same subject. You rely on the Service at your own risk.
7. No warranty
THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM YOUR RELIANCE ON AGGREGATE SCORES, SUMMARIES, SNIPPETS, OR THIRD-PARTY SOURCES, INCLUDING INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. See our Terms of Service for full liability limitations.
